A very exciting opportunity for a Wills Assistant to join a regional law firm based in Solihull on a full time, office-based role which is offering up to 25k.

This firm is very progressive and invests in their staff with a great culture and brilliant offices!

The duties for this role are very varied and would include:

- Taking will instructions by preparing and typing wills

- Handling client matters effectively both on the phone and in person

- Be responsible for wills administration and implementation of a suitable system

- Assisting in marketing and development of practice

- Ensure the client and fee earner receive reports on their cases

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

- Reviewing and progressing financials for the team such as monies on account

- Sometimes travelling between officers to visit clients homes if necessary

The ideal candidate will have previous wills and probate experience or legal experience.

You will have great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, good interpersonal skills and a motivated attitude!
