Art Teacher required to teach small classes of Key Stage 3and 4 students at a wonderful SEMH school. This school is looking to add an experienced Art teacher to the team to teach small classes of students with social emotional and mental health needs. The role requires strong behaviour management skills, and the ability to inspire a love for Art!  As an Art Teacher at this dynamic school, you will be joining a small and experienced team of Teaching and support staff who are passionate about making a difference.  Excellent subject knowledge is essential, and you must be an excellent communicator who can empathise with students and understand the barriers that they face. This role requires a QTS or QTLS Art Teacher who is passionate about their subject and demonstrates a real love for teaching.Job Role:
  • Teaching Art to small classes of students with SEMH needs.
  • Acting as a positive role model and inspiration for students.
  • Helping students to overcome academic and social barriers .
  • Planning and delivering the Art lessons that are interactive and engaging.
  • Liaising with an experienced team of teachers and support staff.
