ABC Teachers is currently recruiting for a talented Business and ICT Supply Teacher for a long-term position starting in January 2025 at an outstanding secondary school in Solihull. With a welcoming atmosphere and a reputation for academic excellence, this school is passionate about providing its students with engaging and relevant learning experiences. As a teacher here, you’ll be joining a supportive team committed to professional growth and the ongoing success of its pupils. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Business and ICT to Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all students, ensuring an inclusive environment.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning and development.

 

Requirements

The successful Teacher will have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Business or ICT in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student success.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to inspire students of diverse abilities.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
