Aspire People is excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Solihull. This is the perfect role for a motivated individual who is eager to inspire students and foster a love for languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach French, Spanish, or German (depending on specialism) across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and high-quality language lessons.
Encourage students to develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a second language.
Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Actively participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities related to languages.
Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students in your care.
Requirements:

A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
A passion for Modern Foreign Languages and the ability to teach at least one language at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Experience teaching languages at a secondary school level is preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students in language learning.
A positive, flexible approach to teaching and the ability to work well in a team.
