Long Term Futures has an outstanding opportunity to join a small, specialist school in Solihull (B90), dedicated to supporting young people with autism.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment.

You will need to be resilient, a positive role model, and have strong classroom and behaviour management skills to support students effectively in their learning and personal development.

What will my role involve?

  • Following school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
