We are currently seeking an experienced HR advisor to assist one of our key clients through a significant restructure. This temporary role requires an experienced professional who can manage a high-volume restructure, ensuring a smooth process. Providing HR support and guidance on restructuring processes, including redundancies, redeployments, and organisational changes. The company are operating a hybrid working model.

Role and responsibilities:

  • You will offer expert advice and support on all HR related matters.
  • Conducting high volume meetings in an advisory or note taker capacity, majority will be over Teams.
  • Using meditation to effectively resolve any disputes, grievances
  • Support the communication and implementation of change initiatives
  • Assist in the continuous development and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and deliver training either planned or reactive as required
  • Accurately maintain and update employee records and HRIS in line with GDPR
  • Work in a wider HR and Recruitment team to achieve departmental goals

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, particularly in restructuring and change management,
  • Proven and significant background in a HR Advisor or HR Assistant role is essential
  • Up to date and proven knowledge of case and employment law is essential
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Resilient and able to work autonomously managing a high caseload
  • Ability to accurately analyse and process HR data
  • Empathetic, approachable and proactive nature
