The Role:

Join our team to deliver a customer-focused HR service that efficiently supports every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the business to manage employee relations, ensuring positive and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to effectively manage all aspects of employee relations
  • Provide advisory support during hearings and meetings, including flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance discussions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from colleagues and leaders
  • Work with HR colleagues to deliver the HR strategy, contributing to various projects and initiatives
  • Assist in developing and evolving HR processes and policies
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience working in a HR or operational people environment
  • Strong capability in managing employee relations (ER) cases
  • CIPD Foundation qualification (preferably Level 3)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment, handling higher volumes
  • Ability to use initiative, make decisions, and drive tasks forward
