A great opportunity has been created for a People Partner within this SME business based in Solihull.
Hybrid working.
Salary - £60-65k
As People Partner you will support the Head of HR around the development and implementation of the people strategy. Working with Managers across the organisation to advice and support around organisational design, resourcing, engagement and learning and development.
The role will look to fully utilise the recently implemented HRIS, and look at continuous improvement around HR operations and processes. CSR, Health and Well-being, Employee Relations, and supporting the Advisor around their development will also be key to the role.
As an experienced People Partner you will be able to demonstrate your broad HR capability, building strong stakeholder relations, and enjoy working as part of a small, flexible HR team. CIPD Level 5, or equivalent, required.
