Interim HR Business PartnerPosition: HR Business Partner Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 office based) Contract Type: Interim/Fixed Term - 6 months Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 or equivalent day rate via Umbrella About Us:Concept -IT is pleased to be working with a dynamic and innovative organisation, who are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team on an interim or fixed-term basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with people leaders across the Group to implement HR strategies that align with the broader business goals, driving change, growth, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with people leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that align with Group strategy and business goals.
  • Provide coaching to managers during organisational development, transformation, and change processes.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to HR programs across the Group to meet business needs and foster a positive employee experience.
  • Offer guidance to managers on employment terms, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes, while regularly reviewing and updating practices.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee development plans, management development, succession planning, and training needs analysis.
  • Lead diversity, inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with business objectives, contributing to the goal of becoming a Great Place to Work.
  • Participate in the implementation of key HR projects, including the rollout of a new HRIS and onboarding programs.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • CIPD qualified to level 5 (level 7 is desirable).
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with demonstrable experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, particularly HiBob, is highly desirable.
