Our client is seeking a Help Desk Advisor to join their Property Support Team in Shirley, Solihull. This role is at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, acting as a key link between field teams, contractors, and suppliers.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handling queries and providing support on property repair and maintenance systems.
  • Coordinating contractor quotations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Managing the day-to-day performance of service providers to maintain business continuity.
  • Conducting weekly calls with Property Managers to prioritise and organise workloads.
  • Monitoring planned maintenance visits (PMVs) to minimise business risk.
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as statutory notices, utility services, and property transitions.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing best practices.
