Role: Test Manager

Salary: 55,000-65,000 per annum + Car + Bonus

Location: Solihull, West Midlands (hybrid working - 3 days on-site)

We are working with a large-scale, global organisation who require a Test Manager to join the Test function. As the Test Manager, you'll be responsible for verifying and validating a wide range of deliverables, both technological and non-technological. Working across multiple projects, you will ensure all outcomes meet specified requirements and quality standards. Your expertise will drive testing best practices, align teams to strategic goals, and ensure seamless execution of test phases.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in test management and quality assurance, ideally across both Agile and non-Agile environments.
  • Excellent QA background - be able to have strong hold on QA activity
  • Full end to end test processes
  • Proven experience of managing a team of testers
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop QA resources.
  • In-depth understanding of test automation, frameworks, and quality assurance strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex requirements and risks effectively.
  • Experience of working with 3rd-party Development partners
  • Previous experience in government or public sector projects is advantageous but not essential.
