They are seeking a driven and experienced Divisional Manager to lead the pallet network side of the business. This role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Role Overview:

As the Divisional Manager for the pallet network division, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day activities, and managing a small, dedicated team. Your primary focus will be on operational management, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a background in logistics or haulage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of operational staff within the pallet network team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including planning and coordinating pallet deliveries, managing fleet and drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability within the division.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
