IT Deployment Engineer (Solihull)
My client is a leading IT Consultancy based in Stoke-on-Trent that are working on a Windows 11 Rollout Project for one of their Law firm clients based in Solihull. They're looking for an experienced IT Deployment Engineer to join them on an initial 4-month contract to rollout the new software and provide after care support.

- IT Deployment Engineer (Windows0
- £170/day
- 4 months (initial contract)
- Solihull office (on-site)
- Monday - Friday
Tasks Include:
- Assisting with IT hardware & peripheral support.
- Configuration of hardware (laptops, desktops and mobile phones)
- Contribute to ongoing and new IT Projects in the UK and Europe
- Office IT hardware refreshes
- Software and application support
- Network support / Server support
- Cloud solutions, office 365 management
- IT Logistics and transportation
Technical Specifications:
- Network configuration experience
- Windows OS knowledge, experience with deployment
- Understanding of concepts such as WAN, LAN, Servers, Intranet, TCP/IP, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Office 365 support experience (Azure, exchange, SharePoint, Office Suite)
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues
- Understanding of AV software support and remote connection tools
- Knowledge of hardware imaging from pixie booting and bootable devices
