I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team
Job Description
As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are:
- Deliver role-based user training
- Support our onsite training team with administration activities
- Evaluating users' level of knowledge
- Conducting training impact assessments
- Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans
Qualifications / Skills needed
- 3+ years as a Trainer
- Good at planning and coordinating multiple activities, amongst a wide stakeholder group
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- Previously used SAP EN or Articulate
