The Role

My client is seeking a talented and client-focused Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years’ PQE to join its expert team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing tailored advice on a broad range of private client matters while delivering exemplary service. The role will primarily be based at its Solihull office, but some travel to the Birmingham office will be required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and powers of attorney
  • Offering bespoke advice to clients, building strong, lasting relationships through exceptional service
  • Collaborating with colleagues on complex estates and trusts, delivering efficient and effective solutions
  • Keeping up to date with private client law and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

About 

  • A qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years’ PQE in private client law
  • Proven experience managing a diverse caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and powers of attorney
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing responsibilities effectively
