We are seeking a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join this dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring that all transactions are managed efficiently and effectively.

Location: Solihull, Birmingham 

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Conducting property searches, drafting contracts, and preparing legal documents.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and IT systems.
