My client, a leading firm renowned for its exceptional conveyancing work, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its thriving team in Solihull. The Role:

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support a conveyancer in managing a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring that every step of the process is handled smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Handling file openings, post-completion work (such as Land Registry submissions) and client care
  • Managing key administrative tasks, such as conducting searches and liaising with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders

You:

  • You will have at least 6 months' experience working in a conveyancing department within a UK-based law firm
  • You will have a strong interest in conveyancing and be keen to develop further in this area of law
  • Ideally, you will have gained some post-completion experience, such as submitting AP1s and dealing with Land Registry matters
  • You will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle a busy workload while maintaining high standards of client care
