Conveyancing Paralegal

We are working with a fantastic, multi-discipline firm with several offices across the West Midlands. They prioritise providing their clients with an excellent service, have a great reputation in the market and are currently expanding their Residential Property team. If you are an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, well-reputed firm.

Duties

  • Communicating with clients, brokers and estate agents
  • Providing legal support to the Residential Conveyancing team
  • Issuing draft contract packs
  • Submitting AP1 and making applications to facilitate the registration of legal Title at the Land Registry
  • Handling requisitions
  • Typing up and filing legal documents and correspondence
  • Dealing with sale enquiries
  • Updating the CMS
  • Preparing, closing and archiving files
  • Undertaking training where appropriate
  • Assisting Conveyancers with all aspects of a residential caseload
  • Attending to clients, taking instructions and conducting letter and telephone enquiries where necessary

You

  • You must have previous experience supporting a Residential Property team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Polish
  • Ability to carry a small caseload is preferred but not essential
  • Organisational skills
