Conveyancing Paralegal

We are working with a fantastic, multi-discipline firm with several offices across the West Midlands. They prioritise providing their clients with an excellent service, have a great reputation in the market and are currently expanding their Residential Property team. If you are an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, well-reputed firm.
Duties
- Communicating with clients, brokers and estate agents
- Providing legal support to the Residential Conveyancing team
- Issuing draft contract packs
- Submitting AP1 and making applications to facilitate the registration of legal Title at the Land Registry
- Handling requisitions
- Typing up and filing legal documents and correspondence
- Dealing with sale enquiries
- Updating the CMS
- Preparing, closing and archiving files
- Undertaking training where appropriate
- Assisting Conveyancers with all aspects of a residential caseload
- Attending to clients, taking instructions and conducting letter and telephone enquiries where necessary
You
- You must have previous experience supporting a Residential Property team
- Ability to communicate effectively in Polish
- Ability to carry a small caseload is preferred but not essential

On Offer
- Annual salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience
- Office-based working
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, 5pm finish on Fridays
