**What You Will Do:**

- Monitor and report on current car internal & external customer KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and effectively communicating vehicle line statuses.

- Govern PD AIMS with integrity, ensuring the robustness of current car aims deck for owned vehicle lines.

- Serve as a key contact for the Plant Vehicle Team, offering technical and problem-solving support to the Manufacturing plant.

- Lead cross-functional project teams to reduce functional faults from external customer issues, enhancing product quality.

- Support Change Management by coordinating engineering running change implementation and ensuring compliance with project standards.

- Act as an Agile Product Owner for squads within the PVT Central teams, driving efficiency and innovation.

**What You Will Bring:**

- An Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an Engineering function.

- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

- Experience with Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE) and planning tools such as Jira is highly advantageous.

- A well-organised, methodical approach, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
