About the Role:
Aspire People is currently seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher for a secondary school located in South Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and nurture the musical talents of students. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons, fostering creativity, and encouraging students to explore their musical abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality music lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
Encourage students to participate in extracurricular music activities, including school performances, concerts, and clubs.
Promote a passion for music and its appreciation across the school community.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and enriching learning environment
A DBS on the update service or the willingness to purchase a new one through Aspire People.
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A strong passion for music and the ability to inspire students.
Experience in teaching music at secondary school level is desirable, but not essential.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom.
