Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our Birmingham office. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in international freight operations and a strong understanding of customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate international freight movements via air, sea, and road.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents to manage shipments effectively.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs clearance.
Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients as required.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Freight Forwarder in air, sea, or road freight.
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in freight management systems and MS Office.
