With this in mind, the HRBP will have to have extensive experience of managing TUPE transfers of a similar headcount, coupled with having managed collective consultations on a largescale. With this being a Unionised environment, previous interactions with Trade Unions would be highly advantageous (but not essential). Experience of working within a fast paced organisation will be crucial in order to succeed and deliver in line with business requirements. This role will be for a period of 9 – 12 months and the HRBP will be expected to commit to the length of contract in order to deliver the project.
