Interim HR Business Partner£300 - £450 Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)SolihullA leading Logistics organisation with a growing reputation is seeking an interim HRBP for a period of 9 – 12 months.Having just won a significant contract, the focus of this role will be to take lead of the TUPE in of c2000 employees. With this in mind, the HRBP will have to have extensive experience of managing TUPE transfers of a similar headcount, coupled with having managed collective consultations on a largescale. With this being a Unionised environment, previous interactions with Trade Unions would be highly advantageous (but not essential). Experience of working within a fast paced organisation will be crucial in order to succeed and deliver in line with business requirements. This role will be for a period of 9 – 12 months and the HRBP will be expected to commit to the length of contract in order to deliver the project.
