If you have a positive, 'can-do' attitude, a knack for organisation, and exceptional communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.Duties include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate department or individual in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handling inquiries and requests from visitors and clients, providing helpful information or directing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supporting the team with various ad-hoc duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to answer and direct calls professionally and confidently.
  • Polite, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
