Job Title: Tenancy Coordinator
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hourÂ
Job Type: Full-time temporary (3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise housing applications and changes
- Maintain accurate housing registers and facilitate property lettings
- Engage with stakeholders and support end-of-tenancy processes
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in housing or administrative roles is a plus
