Role: Managed Mobile Support Engineer

Salary: 35,000-43,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Solihull or Hampshire

Working pattern: Hybrid working (3 days per week on-site)

We are working with a global scale leading player in the market, who require a Support Engineer in the Managed Mobile space to join he organisation during a period of organic growth. You will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for the client's IT infrastructure products and will be working with cutting-edge Mobile and Tablet technologies in a dynamic IT environment. You will specialise in supporting mobile and tablet devices, with a strong focus on leveraging the Microsoft Intune platform for mobile device management (MDM), the ideal candidate will have experience in managing platforms via Intune.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience of working with MDM devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets)
  • Familiarity with Google Admin for ChromeOS management.
  • Experience with scripting or automation to enhance device deployment and support processes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for mobile and tablet device management.
