- Relevant experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within UK Construction.
- An M&E bias.
- Experience in technical/heavy M&E projects.
- Experience gained on boiler house construction, manufacturing plants/heavy industrial or process pipework construction projects.
- A HND or Degree in quantity surveying (or other commercially related discipline).
- RICS accreditation.
- A good knowledge of monthly reporting and an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budgets/forecasts.
