The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading team of 15 who have built a strong industry presence and a growing portfolio for the Midlands region, this is a prime opportunity to work for a reputable Main Contractor that delivers exceptional fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from 5m to 10m.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be engaged in a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial, offering you the chance to contribute to impactful projects that span across the UK, with a focus on the Midlands region.

The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Experience working with a Main Contractor.
- Previous exposure to fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience
- A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
- A construction related qualification is ideal but not crucial
