Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing a dynamic Main Contractor, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to ongoing growth. With over 15 years of experience, this business specialises in delivering exceptional fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial sector, including offices, retail spaces, and education. Their projects range from £10k to £3M in value, reflecting their ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with a turnover of £12M and a dedicated team of 25 professionals. The business prides itself on its team-oriented culture, commitment to quality, and ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £45k - £55k DOE

- Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and project valuations
- Procuring subcontractors and managing supplier relationships
- Overseeing financial forecasting, reporting, and cost control measures
- Handling contract administration and resolving commercial issues
- Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in a similar field but all QS candidates will be considered
- Based within commuting distance of Solihull
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites as required
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
