As Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
- On-site measurements
- Submitting early warning notices
- Submitting compensation event notices
- Pricing compensation events
- Preparing applications for payment
- Preparing final accounts
- Cost value reconciliation (CVR) and financial reporting
- Subcontract orders, payment, and agreement of accounts
- Carrying out duties with due skill and care promptly and to the Client's brief
- Cooperating and communicating with the Client representatives as necessary
