I am working alongsidea highly established law firm, who have multiple offices around the West Midlands. They are currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time basis.
The role involves managing a high-volume case-load of residential property sales. Effective and professional communication with clients, third parties, and customers is essential, as well as meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in managing a case-load of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Professional, approachable, and well-presented.
- A client following is preferred, but not essential.
