We are working in partnership with a leading Estate Agents with a market leading portfolio across several locations, the company pride themselves on their industry reputation which boasts excellence across service and communication. The company have invested heavily in their internal systems to provide clients with a leading service, moving from strength to strength with their continuous growth.

We are looking for two bright and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Sales Negotiators, playing a crucial role in managing property transactions on behalf of clients. Your responsibilities will include negotiating sales contracts, ensuring targets are met, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve success.

Role: Sales Negotiator

Location: Solihull, Birmingham

Office based: Monday to Friday, full time (Permanent)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience) + £5,000 OTE

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate Sales Contracts:

  • Work closely with clients and potential buyers to achieve favourable terms for our company.
  • Ensure smooth transactions by handling negotiations effectively.

2. Meet Sales Targets:

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with the team.
  • Share insights and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.

4. Stay Informed About the Local Property Market:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, property values, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage this knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.

5. Maintain Excellent Customer Relationships:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and professionally.

6. Use Relevant Software and Technology:

  • Proficiently use tools for managing listings, contracts, and communication.
  • Stay organised and efficient in your daily tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.

• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
