A market leading independent estate agent, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in their office based in Solihull, Birmingham.You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency. Workign Saturday's is an additional option which you will be paid for.Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Help sell properties
  • Deal with buyers and qualify their needs and conduct viewings
  • Dealing with vendors
  • Liaising with your manager to help hit targets consistently
