The multi branch, independent agency has built a solid reputation for valuing, selling, and letting properties in the region. The Lettings Department currently manages over 400 properties in the local area.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Shirley. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, administrative assistance, and customer service within the Lettings Department.

Duties will include

  • Planned and reactive maintenance enquiries for fully managed properties
  • Gas Safety Certificates
  • Tenancy Renewals
  • Assisting with the Lettings Team
  • Other property management duties

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Property Management and Lettings

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.50 with an hour for lunch
