  • Managing the sales process from instruction to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions, if qualified

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in residential sales (and valuations).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of winning new business
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
  • Good knowledge of the Solihull property market
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
