About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development and sales to join our growing team in Solihull. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
