Your communication skills, efficiency, and knack for building relationships will be your superpowers.Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and engaging top talent: Scouring platforms and resources to find the best candidates.
Screening and interviewing: Getting to know candidates and assessing their suitability for roles.
Client communication: Building strong relationships, keeping the key account in the loop, and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
Job posting and marketing: Writing eye-catching job adverts and sharing them on the right channels.
Database management: Keeping meticulous records of candidates, placements, and client interactions.
Team collaboration: Working with your amazing colleagues to smash shared goals and targets.

What We’re Looking For!To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced delivery or account management.
Top-notch communication and people skills.
A proactive, results-focused mindset and a love of hitting targets.
The ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
A keen eye for detail, even when working at speed.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
