As the Compliance Officer, you will be:
- Monitoring and supervising various gas and electric contracts
- Updating and maintaning the risk register
- Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas
- Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison
Relevant Experience
- Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
- Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within compliance, specifically gas and electric
As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
- Hourly rate between 26.50-30.50, dependent on experience
- Flexible working
- Opportunity to work with a leading housing association
- 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended
