Cafe manager needed at a busy site in Hampton-In-Arden
as a cafe manager you will be the face of the business, keeping all customers and staff happy. you will be managing a team of around 6 employees, and be responsible for rotas and problem solving within the team.
the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hospitality experience, both in front and back of house. barista skills are vital.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure all HR procedures are followed at all times
* Consistently review practices and always strive for perfection
* Ensure a consistently high standard is maintained throughout the operation - Brand Standards, Menu availability, product presentation and guest satisfaction is at the forefront of what you do.
* Manage stock levels through ordering and monitoring, whilst reducing wastage.
* Ensure equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained as per the company schedule
* Maintaining all health & safety within the Cafe
* Carrying out Opening and Closing procedures
£28,00.00 per year
37.5 hour working week- will include alternate weekends.
