Our amazing client based in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team working as a Sales Assistant within the lighting industry.The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, making a meaningful impact, and providing excellent service. This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, where problem-solving and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of daily responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, whether through phone, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring that each customer is happy and satisfied.
  • Product and Service Promotion: They will have the opportunity to naturally upsell the company’s products and services, helping customers find the solutions they truly need.
  • Administrative Tasks: The role involves handling essential details such as updating orders and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth operations, allowing the team to focus on core tasks.
