  • Managing the daily operations of client accounts
  • Reviewing completion statements for accuracy
  • Processing invoices and bills
  • Recording funds received from clients
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Conducting compliance checks, including money laundering and fraud prevention
  • Verifying ledger statements
  • Transferring funds between accounts
  • Providing support to solicitors as needed
  • Addressing queries from internal teams
  • Offering general assistance to the Finance department as required
