Job Title: Savings Proposition Assistant

Salary: £24,750 - £30,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits

Location: Solihull -Hybrid working is available for all employees and can be tailored to suit the individual

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull who is currently recruiting for the next talented and experienced candidate to join their innovative and energetic Savings Proposition team.

Key Duties:

  • Contribute to strategic development initiatives aimed at enhancing the savings offering, with the goal of achieving better customer experiences and improved commercial results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enhancements that drive effective customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead the execution of customer journey improvements by leveraging in-depth knowledge of savings products, operational performance, and customer feedback
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of product and pricing updates across online, postal, and partnership channels to stay competitive in a fast-moving market
  • Partner closely with teams across the organisation, including Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and Marketing to meet business objectives while ensuring all stakeholders' needs are considered in solution design and execution.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong ability to analyse management information to guide informed decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Highly organised, capable of prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines while working well under pressure
  • Continually developing technical expertise and sharing knowledge effectively with team members
  • Adaptable to change and skilled at encouraging others to embrace new approaches

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of between £24,750 - £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
