Maths/Science Teacher – Alternative Provision School

Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Our alternative provision school in Solihull is looking for an experienced Maths/Science Teacher to join our dynamic team. We support children with ADHD, ASD, and anxiety, and are seeking a dedicated teacher who has experience working with students with special educational needs.

As a Maths/Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, differentiating content to meet individual learning needs, and providing tailored support to students to ensure they thrive academically. You will collaborate closely with other teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Maths/Science to small groups of students with ADHD, ASD, and anxiety.
  • Differentiate lessons and resources to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and tools to engage students, including ICT.
  • Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to ensure students' needs are met.
