Aspire People are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative teacher to contribute to the development and growth of students' scientific knowledge, while working in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons and coursework in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity
Track and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to help them achieve their full potential
Support the development of students' scientific inquiry skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the academic success and well-being of students
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science)
Experience teaching Science at secondary school level, particularly at Key Stage 3 and 4
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Science
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A passion for science and an ability to inspire students
Desirable:
Experience teaching all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) is advantageous but not essential
Previous experience in an Ofsted-rated "Good" or "Outstanding" school
