We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in South Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to the business, leveraging their expertise in vendor management, ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Primarily you will be;
Managing outsourced Application providers, Network, Telephony and Desktop Services providers
Managing internal business Incident, Problem, Change requests
Owning and coordinating response to P1's
Bringing continual improvement to the clients ServiceNow platform, maximising the system config and processes in combination with development team
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Build rapport and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Handle supplier management, ensuring that external vendors deliver quality services .
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Continuously improve service delivery processes and identify areas for optimization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ITIL / ITSM.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in supplier management.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
