Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional, relationships with our clients
Stock Management: Efficiently issue stock products and accurately record goods delivered into the stock system.
Order Fulfilment: Release products on back order and confirm customer deliveries promptly.
Inventory Control: Conduct rotational stock checks, record locations for new products, and adjust stock levels as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where necessary.
Team Collaboration: Attend site meetings and follow up on any issues within the store.

Hours of Work
Shift Pattern: 4on, 4off rotating 12 hour shift pattern 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00 mornings and nights
Weekend Work: Must be committed and be prepared to work weekends as part of the rotating schedule
