Family Activities ManagerHealth Club & Gym, Solihull£32,700 & fantastic benefits  A fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading health club and gym chain as Family Activities Manager in the lively town of Solihull! This is a crucial role in the club as you will be responsible for leading the Family Activities Team to deliver an outstanding experience for the members daily.    This beautiful club includes 2 swimming pools, a spa and sauna, a large gym and multiple fitness studios.  The main responsibilities of the Family Activities Manager are:
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management and compliance of all family activities for children aged 6 weeks to 16 years.
  • Creating a fun, lively and visionary atmosphere for all members.
  • Lead and oversee the running of a world class junior activity programme.
  • Develop and oversee the running of a comprehensive group and individual swimming lesson programme.
  • Ensure the club is kept safe for all members through the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults policy and that all members of staff are adequately trained in the correct reporting procedures.
  • Direct accountability and responsibility for your team, setting clear goals, targets and KPIs.
  The candidate:
  • Previous experience in leading a Family Activities team is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience in leading a customer facing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills which make you approachable to members, prospects and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, success and growth.
  You must have one of the following qualifications to apply for the role:
  • STA – Level 2 Award
  • STA – Parent & Baby
  • Childcare Qualification – Level 3 or 4
