As the Head of Care, you will:
- Coordinate the resident assessment process
- Be registered to the Home through CQC
- Involve residents in identifying their needs and preferences
- Integrate all relevant information into the initial care plan
- Oversee the Safe Medication Management programme
- Ensure robust auditing procedures, including pharmacy-related processes
- Identify any staff training needs
The Head of Care role comes with a comprehensive package:
