Dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, they provide live in care packages to private clients across the region. They are committed to providing compassionate, personalised support that enables their clients to live independently and with dignity.

**The Role:**

As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of the domiciliary care service. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care workers, overseeing the delivery of care services, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also drive business development and build new relationships with those in the local area so that they are aware of the business and the solutions packages that they provide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of care workers, providing guidance, support, and training.

* **Quality Assurance:** Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards.

* **Recruitment and Training:** Recruit, train, and develop care workers to meet the needs of the service.

* **Performance Management:** Monitor and evaluate the performance of care workers, providing feedback and support as needed.

* **Business Development:** Contribute to the development and growth of the domiciliary care service.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

* Registered Manager Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

* Proven experience in managing a domiciliary care service

* Strong leadership and management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of 37,000 to 40,000, get the chance to complete your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management if you haven't already completed this. 25 days annual leave plus the bank holidays, health and pension packages.
