Pioneer Talent is a search and selection recruitment organisation into the Health & Social Care sectors that supports a range of clients including a breadth of care providers, governing bodies, and the supply chain. We focus on recruiting senior capacity positions from Care Home Managers through to niche sector specialists and senior functional leadership positions across the UK.

We are a super positive, close team working out of our office in Knowle, we treat each other as adults with the flexibility to have a hybrid style work life balance as required, which supports our ability to get the job done. We are looking for a dedicated researcher to join our team with the desire to learn and develop their knowledge of our sector and to do their very best in supporting our recruitment processes.

There is much more to envelop in your journey, but in the first instance, an overview of the responsibilities will be;

  • Research into clients who meet our client profiles - understanding the hierarchy of care organisations and who key stakeholders are.
  • Research candidates that meet our clients brief utilising a range of resources and techniques we have developed to suit our niche.
  • Development and upkeep of our database for maximum utilisation of candidates and relationships we can foster.
  • General administration tasks for the recruitment process.
  • Developing recruitment documents for internal and external use.
