  • Adaptability and flexibility: Comfort with the supply teaching environment, able to adapt quickly to new settings and meet diverse needs on a day-to-day basis.
  • Empathy and commitment: A deep understanding of the unique needs of students with SEMH and a genuine passion for helping them succeed.
What We Offer:
  • Flexible work schedule: Choose the assignments that best suit your availability.
  • Competitive daily rates and holiday pay.
  • Ongoing support and development: Access to training and resources to help you excel in your role, with a focus on behaviour management and SEMH-specific strategies.
  • A rewarding role: Join a supportive network of professionals dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people.
